These are the Commercial Management, the Operations Management and the Innovation and Product Development Area.
Aligare, a Chilean IT technology company with a regional presence and more than 16 years of experience in Architecture, High-Transactional Integrations, SW Development, Cloud Lifecycle Support and Outsourcing, is restructuring itself to accompany its clients even more closely on the path of Digital Transformation.
Since May of this year, Gabriel Rosenberg , who since 2011 has been CIO of Claro Chile, has taken over the Commercial Management of Aligare. He comments that “our main challenges are to continue growing with our current clients, many of them long-standing, accompanying them on the path of digitalization and updating their processes, but also to grow our business lines with future clients and the internationalization of our solutions. In addition, we must strengthen our alliances with Brands and technological Partners that increase the value of our portfolio.”
Similarly, the technological areas have been restructured, creating on the one hand the Operations Management, responsible for the delivery of services, solutions architecture and business support, and the creation of the Innovation and Product Development Area, responsible for the Roadmap for the development of Aligare’s own applications.
Richard Casas , who served as Head of Project Office until January of this year, leads the Operations Management and tells us that “with this restructuring, Aligare improves its capabilities to operate and support solutions, as well as ensure Cloud implementation and migration projects with the least impact, always seeking to deliver the best experience to our clients to accompany them in solving the needs and challenges that impact the business through the use of technology.”
Finally, Aligare’s Innovation and Product Development Area is aligned with enhancing its own solutions with new technologies applied to product development, for improved usability and ease of integration of business functions. Marco Arriagada , Head of Products at Aligare, tells us that “our professional team is constantly training in different technologies to apply the most appropriate advances to our products, and deliver business solutions based on high transactionality in a reliable and robust way.”
According to Daniel Verdugo, Senior Partner and General Manager of Aligare, “the team and the new structure allow us to strengthen the company to face the new challenges of growth, with the same focus on the client at the center of our work, expanding into new services and markets, both national and international.”
